Employment Counselling Services - Your first step toward employment

Persons with a disability work with an Employment Counsellor to identify the type of work they want to do based on their interests, skills, abilities and experience. Together, they discover what types of jobs exist in the labour market and what jobs are currently available. They develop an individualized action plan to prepare the individual for future training or employment. This is done in a person-centered approach which means they will focus on the person's needs and goals. We understand that taking the first step towards a new solution can be daunting, but rest assured that we’re here to support you every step of the way.
